ad. I need your opinions on this. In your experience, do your relationships with colleagues impact on your wellbeing? I have been in deep conversation about this with the wonderful people at @bupa They believe strongly that wellbeing at work matters and wanted to work on it together. I often talk about how good quality relationships sit at the core of our mental health. But I noticed that I often talk about that in terms of friends and family. But, in reality, many of us spend just as much time with our colleagues as with our family.
